Product was old and dried up
I used to buy this product in stores to tame my thick, curly hair. It's been at least 5 years since it was seemingly discontinued so I was thrilled to find it on amazon. But! The product must've been at least 5 years old - all 4 jars containing a thick, gluey, yellow substance unlike the thin, clear product I used to use. It was unusable and garbage and poor business ethic to sell this old, expired product.
