Trying to be more conscious about breathing.
I've been fighting severe anxiety. Medication is kind of helping, but also not really. I don't want to go up on my med dosage, so I'm trying to be more mindful of my breathing. I get brain zaps from stress and anxiety, and I've noticed that spending some time daily with this necklace helps.The pendant is sleek, the chain is strong and fits over my gigantic gourd of a head no problem.

A good quality breathing tool, but also a unique looking necklace.
MY RATING SCALE:* I can’t believe this product/item is even available for sale on Amazon. There are so many issues with it that I can’t recommend it to anyone. Do not purchase.** Product/item doesn’t meet my expectations. I wish I would’ve passed on ordering it. I certainly wouldn’t order it again. There are multiple issues and I can not recommend it. I’m currently taking a class and some thing like this was recommended to get for times when my body is reacting to situations in an undesirable way. I use the anxiety necklace to blow into to help calm my nervous system. I initially didn’t notice any change, but with continued use, I have started to notice that it takes less time to calm down to a normal, regulated state. The breathing tool reminds me of a whistle, so I often refer to it as that. But, for anyone that’s curious whether it emits any sound, I assure you it does not. Therefore, it’s not totally obvious if you need to use it in public. The quality of the bead chain and attached breathing tool is good. The necklace is long enough for me to slip over my head without unclamping it, which is good because the bead and clasp are very small to work with. I feel it’s unfortunate that the chain necklace cannot be removed from the pendant, because I would like to put it on a longer chain. As I can see, the only way possible would be if you had a necklace small enough and were comfortable with working with removing/replacing jump rings or chain ends on a necklace…or taking it to a jeweler that would do it. I also think the breathing tool is pretty enough to actually wear as a unique looking pendant. Hence, my reason for wishing there were different styles and lengths of chains to choose from. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the Blue Drop stainless steel anxiety necklace, would order it again and do recommend it for anyone needing this type of tool…or for those that just like the style of the necklace.

It's a nice necklace
Idk it didn't really fix my problem of wanting to stop smoking but if you're stronger minded then me then it will for you hopefully.

Good for help w quitting vape/cigs
The media could not be loaded. It’s good for help w the oral fixation part of smoking or vaping. Has been a big help for me so far I’m 3 days quit w no slips.

Nice Necklace
Just having this available makes me feel like my nervousness can decrease. I am very glad this type of product is available. I feel that my meditations and calm breathing will improve my anxious feelings.
