pump doesn't work, replacement pump didn't work either!

Very pleased with this all-in-one skincare lotion. It is very moisturizing and I had no negative reaction. Also the pump works well and my bottle arrived intact. I will purchase again as I want to see how well it works over time.

Total glow restore has seem to be transforming my skin. The Bakuchiol, coupled with ceramides complex, is working wonders. Fine line diminished, skin looks visibly plump and glowing after applications. It’s fragrance free, and no sulfates or paraben free formula and I really appreciate that in a moisturizer.

I have extremely sensitive skin and this didn't bother me the first night. However, the second night I broke out in a rash and hives all over my face. I had to get a prescription and it would not go away for DAYS. It was awful.I might be allergic to bakuchiol and will have to see if I can get testing. I tried it on the back of my wrist to make sure it was this product and my rash is continuing into hives and not going away. This is the worst allergic reaction or contact dermatitis that I've ever had.Originally, I had said "It is a lightweight moisturizer. I didn't feel like it was moisturizing enough though so I used it before a heavier moisturizer in my night routine."

i think my bottle came empty, I pumped for 5 minutes and nothing ever came out.
