It made my neck hurt! Wasn't comfortable at all! I sent it back.

This is a wonderful massager, very strong and comfy. Decent battery life. Saved my life/neck and legs overseas! Only drawback is, it's so good everyone wants to borrow it!

Soft plush and the operations are functional but it keeps sliding elsewhere. We (me n bf) both have average necks and it’s not that it doesn’t fit -you just don’t feel anything unless you keep a good tug on it so it kneads your neck. Bought for the plane ride, laying back on it didn’t work so had to tug it down to feel the massage… was too annoyed &put it away

I don't recommend for a flight the spindles dig into you neck
