This was so good and felt like a very good deal. The sodium content on the package looked high, but it doesn't taste salty. The broth is much saltier anyway. Do rinse off the noodles after cooking if you're salt sensitive. Actually probably shouldn't eat this type of foods if you can't eat sodium.

Good value for price. Noodles cook up well with good texture. These are, of course, just noodles, no flavor packet, but could be used in stir fry or you could add your own flavor as they are many options, like large pouches of Ramen Seasoning maybe low sodium if that is an issue, add your own veggies or I have added some rehydrated veggies that I always keep in the pantry just for this.

These are the perfect texture and have that restaurant quality taste and texture! Ate lots of japanese ramen in my life…these are right up there in the range of “great Japanese ramen” if you need close to authentic!

This is the best noodles I could find in the US. All the noodles I saw in the Asian supermarket are good looking, but always too much flour and sticky and very easy to break after cooking. It's impossible to use those noodles to make "steamed noodle" or "dried noodle", they are always clumped together and not chewy. This noodle is perfect for making any kind of noodles, including soup noodle (ramen), dried noodle, and steamed noodle. You will know what I am talking about if you are a noodle lover.

This is a very good brand and the ramen kept its' integrity when cooked. It was not heavy, rubbery, nor did it fall apart when cooked as instructions read. I do think it was over-priced, but my great grandson loved it with Trader Joe's meatballs and General Chu sauce!

I mean, these noodles are great. And they have very simple ingredients. This means that I can have all the LENTEN RAMEN I want. Oh wait, it's Great Lent, so maybe I should eat less...

Packet contains eight individual bundles of straight ramen noodles, each a little over 3 oz., which is a good size for two people to share in soup or a "stone pot" type dish with veggies, and whatever protein you want (if any). Just boil, drain, add in some precooked veggies/meat, broth or sauce, and you have dinner. The resealable package is a bonus.

These noodles are just delicious. I paired them with Kitchen Kurume broth which you can also buy on Amazon and it was absolutely delicious! Each package has pre-portioned dry noodles that take about 4 minutes to cook. They have a really nice texture, which is lightly chewy and not at all mushy. You have to treat yourself at least once to these noodles! Again, pair it with the Kitchen Kurume broth and you won't be disappointed. Tip: Cook the noodles and broth separately and combine just before serving.
