I used these stakes to straighten an apple tree that had been blown over. They are solidly made out of chrome coated steel. I used three of the stakes with two ratchet come alongs. The end of the stake is fitted with a head that fits a socket or a wrench. A sturdy ring can be screwed into the end. The spirals have an aggressive angle. My battery powered drill could not screw them into the heavy clay ground. I attached the top ring and used long shafted screw driver inserted through the ring to screw the stake into the ground. Very easy. The stakes held firmly as I ratcheted the tree upright. After a month, I removed two of the stakes with a crescent wrench. I highly recommend these stakes.

These are well made. Fully welded. Chrome plated so they won't corrode in the ground. I used them to anchor an elevated box blind. The ground was rocky, but the battery powered impact driver drove them into the ground in seconds using the socket provided in the box. It literally took 90 secs to have one in the ground and ready to go. Once in place, they are very solid. The eyelets then screwed into the top by hand, and I used ratchet straps to connect the anchor to the blind. Surprisingly easy and very stable. I would use again. I thought it would take hours to anchor my blind, but I put four anchors in and strapped them to the blind in under 10 minutes. FYI--My ordinary battery powered drill wouldn't power through the rocks, but when I switched to the impact driver, it was fast and easy. If you have rocky ground, that is the trick.

Easy to use and held tight. There are cheaper alternatives but they are junk.

I have used this product to hold my WaveRunner for the past few months and have had no issues nor have I needed to re-adjust the anchor. This is an excellent product! I would like to know that I did use red Loctite on the threads to ensure that the bolt did not come out.

These worked very well and removed well when I needed to move them. Highly recommended and very sturdy. Great design.

I have tried several times to anchor a privacy wall around my hot tub, but the wind kept blowing it down. These anchors were a bit hard to install in my rocky ground, but once in they held tight. Even though a lot of wind. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Dog bent these already not great if using for a dog might be great for other things

The auger is professionally soldered and the fact that it has a progressive entrance in the ground made the whole difference (I have a lot of rocks in the ground). I got 4 of them in the ground within 15 minutes total. Much better than others I ordered and had to return (they were green and I fought 30 minutes to enter a single one in the ground).
