These were replacements for a similar set that had served me well for almost 5 years nightly use year round in my screen porch , but no longer available. I really like these. They are brighter and have a very nice quality look to them. Time will tell, but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. If they last as I hope ( occasional bulb failure accepted) I would uprate my review to 5 stars.Update: Well I spoke too soon. Came home last evening and one of the 2 strings has completely failed after only 6 weeks usage....and yes I did check the fuses. Past the return window so. I have now contacted the seller seeking a replacement and will update again depending on the result. Update#2: I received a very prompt apologetic response telling me that I didn't need to worry about being past Amazon's return window and that they would be shipping me out a FOC replacement with no need to return the faulty item. They also sent me a copy of the shipping order confirming that they had already shipped out the replacement. An extremely satisfactory outcome

There was no remote control in the package if the supplier sends me one I will appreciate it . Was about to order another one but will wait for my reply . I gave 3 start because the package was incomplete thank you

Love this but they don't really put out any light to be able to see in the dark. But they are pretty for decoration

Wonderful! Very happy with these. As another said they are about the size of golf balls. Like the round shape which seems very uncommon. We found smaller similar round lights a few years ago that we use on the tree. We put these on the house and they look great. And the round shape is rather unique.

Arrived right on time. The lights are really nice. Heavy plastic. And the wife is heavy not flimsy. The plastic lights are wonderful quality and did not break in the high wind and rain.. I used them on my camper. I bought 2 sets and I'm glad. You even get replacement bulbs in case one blows out.

I am sooo disappointed in these lights. The ones I had up outside before lasted for several years. I bought these lights in May of last year and honestly only used them a handful of times. Well, yesterday, I go to turn them on and nothing, no lights. I pull out my DVM (Digital Volt Meter) and check voltage. It is 120V, good. Then I check the fuses in the light string plugs and they are good also. I am not going down the rabbit hole of trying to troubleshoot each socket, so I am throwing them out. Very disappointing.

Adding a splash of color as well as soft lighting to a party tent was very easy ..lasted all season .. none blew ! They are pretty hardy as well .. not real thin glass.

They are cool to the touch and durable, but they are not bright.

Lights are very nice and came on time.
