Damaged fixings
Hi - the product is fine, I am happy enough, BUT although the flexible plastic packaging is undamaged, a part of the fixings for the curtain pole has been damaged, I imagine by the long thin package being dropped on its end. It is not a complaint as such as these things do happen! But I wonder if you can send me a replacement part, please, as I cannot use the pole without it. I don't know how to describe the part, sorry! Its the 'lollipop' shaped bit you thread the pole through...! Many thanks.

I have 2 of these and they work but I ...
I have 2 of these and they work but I wouldn't trust them with heavy curtains as the mechanism for screwing it into the wall is a bit dodgy

Excellent product.
Excellent product - (don't understand some of the negative reviews on here), the product came well packed is well made, with all the fittings, screws, and basic instructions, there were only two holes I needed to redrill to enlarge.Also good value from Amazon as I was quoted double the price from a shop.
