Q: What is the weight restriction please

I don't know but the stool is well made so I would guess it would support 14/15 stone easily.

Q: Is this for two chairs ?

It was for one, I bought one and they are good for the money. I am 19 stone so they are not flimsy

Yes it is = much higher than i expected = don't use it much!

Q: It says the seat height is 73cm. Which concerts to less than 3 feet. That seema very low for a bar stool. Is this correct ?

The stool I have is 74cm the average kitchen bar iis 94cm so unless you is the BFG it should fit your rrequirements
