Good to be able to get in a 250g size
Good clear packaging, especially pleased it is certified organic. I use to thicken homemade soups and other savoury items like stiring a small amount into a quiche custard. It also forms a nice clear gel when mixed with water or lemon juice to put in desserts. A very versatile ingredient and essential for me when cooking gluten free dishes

Brilliant for the Price - Recommended
Arrowroot is a great staple to have in the cupboard as is a brilliant thickening agent for everything from soups to sauces to bulk them, out, add texture or just make them go further and in a much healthier way than less natural thickeners. This is a good value option that works well so will be getting again and fully recommend.
