I wanted to make sure to finish it before leaving a review as it’s hard to know if they work off the bat. I suffer from a severely dry scalp and flakiness and found that this soothed it quite a bit which in turn I feel like it’s helped my hair. I feel like there’s been less shedding and my scalp is less flaky. The pills are also easy to take and don’t have a strange taste or smell like some supplements I’ve tried.

I like these pills, the ingredients are great and are like a multivitamin. I haven’t been the most consistent, but when I do take them I notice less shedding for my hair. I’d recommend trying out if your goal is to grow hair/less shedding.

It’s basically like a wellness wanna be pill…The iron is way too low and the whole mushroom stuff. Yeah that’s nothing. That’s gonna support hair growth honestly yeah save your money. You’re better off giving yourself a scalp Massage . This is an exactly bad, but it’s not gonna support you and it shouldn’t be called a hair supplement at all hate it and yes, I use this for three months consistently. I had high hopes right and nothing.

Honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got these, I’ve struggled with dry, itchy scalp for so long and I’ve been looking for ways to sooth it. These supplements have been great way to improve my scalp health. They have helped with the itchy feeling immensely! I also feel like they have been helping with the health of my hair as well and as someone who bleached their hair, I can always use this. Would definitely recommend

I didn't notice a difference for the first few weeks, but by the time I had almost finished the bottle of capsules I could see that my hair appeared slightly shinier and my scalp was less irritated although I still had some dryness and flaking. After finishing the 60 days, I can say that it definitely helped my hair and scalp feel and look healthier overall as well as reduced the amount of visible flaking.

Took this supplement every day for a month; I didn’t notice any drastic changes (this is supposedly really good for ppl with dandruff hair, dry scalp) but I think it did make my hair stronger and less tangled (my hair tends to tangle when it’s thin and weak)!

Production did not thave an expiration date. I don’t think it’s a good idea taking pills without expiration date. I have to return it.

This supplement was the first I’ve used where I saw a real effect on my hair. Overall my hair was more shiny, voluminous, and healthy! I would absolutely purchase again, totally worth it!
