As a brand product when I received this laptop bag i just looked and kept that packed. After 15 days I was to use that when I pack that with laptop i found cuts on the bag, I connected with Amazon and they said return time is over but they given me sellers mail id, I connected to him can not even thin how much HUMBLE, RESPECTFUL, he was. He asked me to courier that bag to his address and he will send new bag to me, friends he did all this so humble smoothly and he reverted me the shipping charges I was paid to courier. Super quality within this budget.
Outstanding, just go with this. I carry my macbook pro 14inches, 2 ssd, charger, a tablet 12inches, memory cards, pendrives & still have lots of space for tiny thingies. The quality is super fine. It's been 15days till now. Lets see how does this hampers with time.
