The seller was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions. The item shipped very quickly and arrived well before the estimated delivery date and on time for our event.

Disappointed
I knew this wasn't going to be top shelf quality for $40+ dollars. But it looked good and sounded substantial, so I ordered it. I even paid an extra $5.95 for it to be able to be staked into the ground. What I received was the thinnest piece of plastic. If I had tried to stake it, I know it would have broken. So I had to dig a hole. I don't anticipate this having a very long life. And the lettering on the wood background does not show up. Buyer beware.

. This memorial cross is great quality and has withstood high winds no problem! Customer service was great and it arrived quickly. If you need this product I am sorry for your loss and I hope this brings you the same comfort it has brought me to make a memorial garden

So cheaply made!!! Look elsewhere!
It appears online to be made of a nice solid piece of wood. IT IS A FLIMSY, CHEAP PIECE OF PLASTIC. It is approximately 1/8 of an inch thick. It looks like it may last a few months at the most. Unbelievably expensive for what you actually receive. My Dad deserved better. When this falls apart, I will get something with better quality. Beware.
