Value pack of Threaded inserts
Considering these inserts are priced at 10X-20X more at the local hardware stores, these are a great deal. I like this style inserts because they can be set/driven with an allen key. Some other inserts are set with a flat screwdriver or a special driver that are not as easy to use. The downside of this is the insert has a collar around the top that prevents them from setting flush to the top of the hole unless the hole is chamfered which takes an extra step or requires a special bit.You can drive these into place with a impact drill and a 6mm hex bit.

simple to use inserts
really easy to use inserts. All you need is a 3/8 inch drill bit and a guide for a 90 perpendicular hole to the surface. Mark the depth, drill for the insert, and then use the included Allen key to install. 1/4 20 threads are easy to find anywhere so getting mating bolts is easy. Being galvanized they should last a long time before they corrode indoor, but I would use stainless inserts if its going to be used in an outdoor project.these are good quality and quantity for the price.

Work well.
These threaded inserts work very well. The 'pilot hole' size I use is from 5/16" to 11/32"

They could use a little help from a friend.
I found that using the included Allen wrench to start the inserting process sometimes drives the screw at an angle. It works better and has more control with a Tee handle or make your own bolt based driver. The first image shows a partially threaded 1/4" heat treated bolt with a standard nut bottomed out. You can thread it onto the insert all the way to the bottom and drive it home much easier and with more control. Just back out the installer when finished because the thread size runs free. Also, I suggest using an 11/32 tap drill for hard wood and the letter P drill for softer woods. The system works well and if you make sure to drill your work a little deeper there is little chance of binding the bold into the wood below. The threads are nice, smooth and to size. I give them 5 Stars.

Good quality threaded inserts
These are nice threaded inserts. The threads are smooth, as claimed in the product description. These will work nicely for some projects I have coming up.The item description states that you will need a 9mm drill bit for soft woods or a 10mm bit for hard woods. In fractional inch sizes, that's 23/64 and 25/64, respectively. These sizes are usually found in index bit sets. If you don't have these sizes, you might be able to get away with the much more common 3/8", which sits right in the middle between 23/64 and 25/64. In other words, 24/64 = 3/8.

Work great!
A very easy fix for some hard to secure hardware. Replaced the hardware and fixed the loose/wobbly legs on our dining room table. Fast and easy to install, and are very secure when installed. Do not come loose and back out like a simple lag bolt. Like them o much I'm looking for additional sizes for other applications.

Great for making projects that you want to be able to take apart and reassemble
I use these for building desks and coffee tables that I might need to be able to take apart and reassemble later for moving through doorways etc. This set of 80 from EXQUMART appear to be plenty durable and have nice clean threads. They are in a very common 1/4" -20 tpi thread and just over 1/2" long (15mm) so they work great in 3/4" plywoods as wellI have not had any issues with any of the inserts that I have used so far. The set even comes with the right size wrench to thread them into your wooden workpiece. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great inserts
Great insert for 1/4-20 bolts. Come with allen key to drive the insert. Great hardware to allow your woodworking project to be taken apart and later re-assembled. I always found this type of inserts easiest to work with. You get 80 pieces at a budget price and this is not even my first time ordering it. Never had any issue with this. highly recommend this against all the inserts that needed a flat screwdriver to work with.
