Great for a fussy dog
I have a 50kg (approximately 8 stone) Akita/Shar Pei so he needed multiple scoops of this. I wasn't sure whether he would eat his food with the powder on it as I have tried him with various food supplements, including the ones in treat form and he has refused to eat them.Upon opening the packet I was greeted by a pleasant smelling cloud of powder. I tried my best to mix it in well with his biscuits and meat whilst he sat and watched, giving me the "What are you doing to my breakfast?" look. I put his bowl down and after some sniffing and examination he ate the lot!Well that was certainly a surprise. The fact that my fussy dog hoovered this down means I can finally actually get him to take a supplement. The instructions suggest feeling the bag and gently shaking it to find the scoop. I had to resort to digging through the powder to find it though. Maybe some way of attatching the small scoop to the inside top of the bag.I can't comment on the supplement effect itself, as I think this sort of thing is more of a long term effect. There certainly weren't any negative effects though, and if you've got a fussy eater, looks like powdered supps might be the solution.

Good Supplement
This supplement for my boy blue will support his joints and health which is particularly helpful now he is entering his senior years. I want to make sure that he gets the best boost possible in his later years. This supplement does have very good ingredients in it which are dog friendly and high-quality which is important to me. It’s easy for me to sprinkle and add this supplement to his food, as there is no strong smell to it so blue eats it without any fuss. I’m glad that it comes in the resealable packet because it keeps it nice and fresh and the amount that comes in the packet as well versus the dose means it’s good value for money we’ve not had any issues or problems with using this, and I think it is definitely helping support blue with his health. I do recommend it and it thumbs up

Using only as a precaution - dogs tolerate it
I got this supplement for my two dogs who are in their adult stage because I wanted to prevent any joint problems that might occur as they age. I was pleasantly surprised that they ate it without any fuss, even though they are very picky eaters. The supplement does not have any strong smell or taste, I'm guessing because they are very neutral towards it. I have been giving them the recommended dose with the tiny measuring spoon that comes with the product. I have not seen any dramatic changes, but I think they are slightly more active and playful than before. The powder contains many ingredients which are beneficial for adult dogs so I think this is a great product.Overall, I highly recommend this supplement.

Bit costly
Pros:- good ingredients- dog seems to like her food a little bit more than normal with this sprinkled on top- not sure how much impact it has as it's still early, but dogs stiffness not getting any worse.Cons:- the bag is far too big. The actually product only fills the bag about 1/10th. This means you have to dig your hand right down to scoop out the product meaning that your hand becomes covered into the product. A small 100g bag/tub would have been much better, I think they've went with retail product shelf visibility too much due to this.- bit costly at 44p per day when using 2 scoops. So 44p for 4g.I hope you find this review helpful.EDIT: definitely has helped with stiffness in my dogs legs which she can get after lying down following a big walk.

Happy so far
Our girl is not a fussy eater so sprinkling this on her food isn't an issue and she doesn't show any signs of being bothered that it is there. It comes in a resealable pouch which I like - uses less plastic than a tub. There's a measuring spoon provided so you can accurately measure out the correct amount. Ingredients all seem really good quality and it looks like it will last us some time. It's maybe not the cheapest but bearing in mind the quality and how long it will last I am happy with the value for money plus our girl is showing signs of improving already.
