If I feel really bad heartburn coming on this works better than anything I've found. Taste is not great but not unpleasant. I feel it costs a lot for what it is, but when it's working I'm really happy.

GREAT FOR SEVERE HEARTBURN/INDIGESTION.
Using on and off for many years. For Bad heartburn, indigestion and overall bad stomach. Make sure you mix it well making it clear but still having a FIZZ.

Works well and no pain killer included (which you usually don't need)
Love this stuff as it does not contain any pain killers e.g. Alka-Seltzer contains Aspirin. Why would you add something known to cause stomach issues to a stomach remedy?
