Will and Grace: Series 1 (Episodes 9-15) [DVD]

Quite an original series when it first started with quick wit and great character interaction.Enjoyable but not quite up to the standard of Friends or Frasier.The first 3 series were the best. It certainly faded in the later seasons.Season 2 was certainly one of the better ones.Currently very good value.

Wow!! I have been in love with 'Will and Grace' since I saw Season 1 on Channel 4 last Autumn and I have been waiting for these videos for months . . . well worth the wait! This box set takes you back to the very beginning, Grace's failed engagement, Will's afair, Karen's marridge crisis and not forgetting 'Just Jack', (how could you ever forget!!) Every moment is a gem, jam-packed with puns, the acting's great, the theme music V. catchy and Jack and Karen . . . hilarious!! A great mixture of quick witted 'Friends', 'Suddenly Susan', 'Spin City', 'Cheers' - style American humour with the usual portion of sentimental stuff, but the perfect mix. Buy it, watch it, sit back and prepare to laugh big time. 'And, ooh, those shoes with that skirt honey? No!!'

I think it's episodes 7 and 8 where you get to see a young 80's Mullet Hair Will come out to Grace, which as a W&G fan is what we have been waiting to see.

Definitely excellent delivery time - expected delivery date was Jan 18th and it arrived on the 4th! I bought this for my Mum as she has never seen it and this is a good price (3 pounds) for the first 8 episodes.

thought i'd buy this to try out the series as not seen it before. very funny, and well worth buying
