The BOOB Girls

I have ordered and read all 12 of this series of books. They are so funny, I loaned them to friends and they loved them too, a couple even ordered the whole set for themselves.

Overjoyed. when I got started I could not stop. So thankful the author did the sensible thing and made more and more. The humor is drop dead perfect. The girls have each others back, each others one liners and each others tomorrows. Do not delay read today get yours on the way.

Four very different women, all over 60, meet and travel together, having a variety of very interesting encounters. Their personalities and backgrounds are all different but they become fast friends, encouraging each other to try new things, ie., boy friends, helping at a Wyoming saloon, a homeless dog, catching a fraudster, clothes, attitudes . . . a tale of older ladies busting out of conventions. Fun stuff.

I love the whole series and wish she had written more than 12.

I loved this book. I am not a book reader, with the exception of poetry, quotes and biographies. But a friend asked me to read this when I was kind of in a slump and I did. Amazingly enough, it had my attention throughout the book. It's funny and amazingly realistic. If you ever wanted to just run away, this book is for you. I have bought a few of these and given to my girlfriends as gifts.

You will have laugh out loud moments as you follow these Boob Girls on their adventures! Made me want to join them at table 12 or create my own table of outrageous women! My sisters and I loved every twist and turn of their escapades and look forward to book 3, which I guess comes out this summer. These women only get younger and who can resist that! You go Boob Girls!

THIS BOOK WAS SHARED WITH ME BY MY HUSBAND'S HOSPICE NURSE....SHE THOUGHT I WOULD ENJOY READING IT.....IT'S ABOUT WIDOW LADIES WHO BECOME FRIENDS......BOOB....STANDS FOR BURNED OUT OLD BROADS IN THE TITLE......WHICH IN ITSELF MADE ME CURIOUS.......I LIKED THE BOOK SO MUCH THAT I BOUGHT 3 COPIES...ONE FOR MYSELF AND 2 FOR FRIENDS......NORMALLY I LIKE TO SHARE MY BOOKS... BUT THIS BOOK MAKES A GREAT GIFT FOR THE OVER 60'S SET!...AND I WILL PROBABLY READ IT AGAIN!

I laughed - I cried. What a delightful book! The adventures of these women was just so darn fun. I think this book will really appeal to women of a mature age than anyone else - just glad I meet those criteria (and I rarely would say that when it comes to my age). Have already ordered the next one in the series.
