PERFECT!
Love this! Perfect size, it has a stretchy waist and several layers! The interior skirt is pencil like and kept riding up, but it didnโt matter because I was wearing leggings underneath!

Fun tutu!
This is a great tutu for a costume, or to have fun with it! it is true to size but it has a good stretch- order your normal size.It is sheer, so must wear leggings or shorts but it does have a great amount of tulle.

Beautiful, Stretchy ..... Stiff, Smelly
I'm a 14-16 and accidently ordered a small, but it still actually fits me. (A bit tight but still looks good). Tutus are usually too short on me and I love how long and full this one is. CONS: This is not quality tuul but more like a plastic mesh. The material is pressed tight and stiff. Also, no one else mentioned the smell so maybe it's just me, but I received mine with a very strong chemical/factory odor. It was so awful. I placed it outside on my patio to air out for a couple of days (forgot it was out there) and when I brought it back inside, the mesh was slightly less pressed and the smell was completely gone. Someone else mentioned using a hairdryer to help unpress and fluff it up. I may try that. The material is so stiff, I think this would be GREAT under a dress/long skirt for extra umpf.
