Is not working anymore not good

The motor didn't spin
I'm not able to give a fair assessment of the machine because it didn't work so I had to return it. I really would really like to try another one to see how it works.

Poor Product Quality
I returned a machine, the box was intact, but when I opened the box the machine was all damaged, I bought it for the second time to see if I would receive a good machine and to my surprise when I received the second machine the box was intact but the machine also had a lot of dents, can we trust VEVOR products?

Works great but sheet metal is a mess. Instructions are a joke.
The instructions are throw-away. It's a simple machine though and you can pretty much figure it out on your own. I couldn't get it to start at first but then figured out the emergency stop button was pressed in. The sheet metal is flimsy and much of the machine was banged up and required some repair in order to open the clean-out compartment. On the positive side, it did an amazing job crushing all the juice out of my sugar cane.

Consider redesigning
The sugarcane machine does what it needs to, but it is poorly designed. The edges are sharp, and we have cut ourselves multiple times while carrying and cleaning it. The roller area is constructed with a slant and is slightly misaligned with the machine. There is silicone residue that constantly leaks from the bottom. The machine is very heavy and does not feel like it weighs 127.9 lbs. It takes both my husband and me to move it, and it is still a struggle to transport it from point A to point B. Also, it may seem like common sense, but there are no directions on how to use it or what each button means. A few times, the machine wouldn’t work and not sure if we’re supposed to push the button. Not even sure what exactly the button does. Lastly, we received our machine busted on one side.

Gear rusted after 6 months. Leak out rusted water
Trash. 6 months die. Gear are all rusted and leak rusted water to cane sugar. Customer drink could die.
