Great Boo
My daughter needed this for an organic gardening class/club in college. It's a hefty book full of very good information

Book is great, but mine came slightly damaged
I love this book - it has so much wonderful information to assist any organically-minded gardener. Unfortunately, the back cover was creased due to poor handling during shipping. Content was fine, but the appearance of the book was marred.5 stars for the book, 3 stars for the shipping.

Container gardening
This book is not as big as you would think and it has a lot of information in it. I like where it talks about container gardening that’s the kind of garden I have. It also says if you’re new to organic gardening don’t get overwhelmed with things like bloodmeal bonemeal just use dehydrated cow manure

Well written
This is a very well written and informative book on all things gardening. I use it more as a reference book although.

A standard for every organic gardener
This is an excellent reference book that I find myself constantly using. Sometimes it is in reference to a specific problem, other times, I just find it interesting to read. Most often, I will pick it up to look something specific up and then realize that 30 minutes has gone by because I have found other interesting things to read. Great, reliable, organized well, and lots of great ideas.

Everything from a-z literally
It certainly is a great resource for anyone interested in organic gardening, which in my case (and having been a gardener for over 50 years) can be a daunting transition. It does a nice job explaining the what organic truly entails and prepares you for the best way to look for gardening supplements that meet the criteria to be organic. The alphabetical organization does make "reading" a little more difficult as I prefer when entire chapters are devoted to subjects but it does include these longer discussions on areas like "container gardening".
