Good backpack great customer service
I bought this backpack for work. I needed a bag that held tools as well as a laptop. The construction is sturdy and well made. Fits a lot of tools! And a 15” laptop.After having the backpack for a couple weeks it lost two zipper pulls. I reached out to support and they sent me a new bag and the zipper pulls at no charge. That’s awesome service!I would recommend this backpack to everyone.

Great bag but doesn’t hold up to normal wear and twar
Update: seller reached out to be and offered to replace the bag, free of charge. They indicated there was a defect from their supplier. I did receive a “new and improved bag”. It does have some slight changes: no clip on the outside for a tape measure. But I do see improvements to the straps. Pretty satisfied they stood behind their product. We shall see if it holds up. I got a new job that required this kind of tool bag and it was perfect. Had all the pockets I needed and my work laptop fit perfectly. In it. But today I noticed a tear where the bottom of one of the straps connects to the bag (see pic) Pretty disappointed it only lasted just over 2 months because everything else was great about the bag. I can’t afford to continue using it if the strap gives way.

Tool backpack
Very satisfied with the tool backpack. Use the backpack for apartment maintenance. Carry all my tools need to get the job done. Sturdy backpack and handle.

Not durable enough for trade work.
Bought this tool bag for my plumbing tools. I keep my power tools in bucket and got this tool backpack for my smaller tools and bits. Right out of the box I could tell the quality and durability wasn’t ideal for what I needed. The shoulder straps honestly felt as cheap as a $10 backpack. Wouldn’t trust them holding more than 30lbs for a sustained period. Rating it a 3 star because I’m sure it will do well for many others.

Good back for the price
I'll start by saying I am a Journeyman Pipefitter and my tools and bags go through ALOT. So far after 1 month of use, this thing is still holding up. I will keep updating as time goes on and if anything goes wrong, but so far I like it. Also it stands up pretty well on its own with the bag open.

Better than Kleins so far
Durable and lifetime warranty. Not fond of actual straps they seem kinda small but I'm a bigger dude and when backpack is on plastic on bottom of back kind of protruded into my back

Sucks.
Just crazy how I put my tools in the bag and moved from the living room to the kitchen and the handled is broken already.
