The media could not be loaded.  I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to write one on this!! I bought one of these PrettyCare vacuums (the older W300 model, not this newer W400), back in summer 2022, mainly to use for crumbs, light dirt and debris and little dust bunnies on my dark hard wood floors that show every crumb (I was sick of the old school broom sweeping!). The vacuum worked perfectly, I loved how lightweight it was, maneuverable around corners, great suction, it can easily get under furniture, has a little light that helps you see crumbs you didn’t know were there! I could also use it on small kitchen rugs. I could get my whole house in one charge and have plenty of battery left over. I actually looked forward to using it!! 😆 BUT, then around February 2023, the battery stopped holding a charge, it would only last like 2-3 minutes before the battery died. I would recharge it, then same thing, stopped working after a few minutes! 😫 I was bummed! So I contacted PrettyCare customer service via email, explained my situation and they offered to refund my FULL purchase price if I was willing to purchase their newer better model (W400). Which I did, and I love the new one even more!!! All the great features of the older model but even more powerful! They refunded my full purchase price, were quick to respond to my emails, and I was highly impressed with their incredible customer service! (Oliver was the name of my rep). I will be a lifelong customer. Love these vacuums and the company! 😊

The vacuum is great picking up pet hair and is extremely light weight and easy to maneuver. The tilt arm makes getting under furniture quick and easy. Does great on wood floors and for quick vacuums around the house. Incredible power and stays charged longer than other chargeable vacuums we’ve had. A great buy!

I bought this to help vacuum my cat's hair. This has very strong suction and was able to pick up all the hair in carpets. The attachments also made it super easy to vacuum the couch and tough to reach corners. Takes 10 seconds to assemble, stands upright without moving, simple to use buttons, and easy to charge. Highly recommend. The green color is also very sleek.

I love this vacuum! It is so light, easy to use, and gets under furniture well. It sucks up WAY more than my previous vacuum- I was shocked how much dog hair was in my rugs. I love the light and how it shows ALL the dirt. Best vacuum I have ever owned :)

About 8 months ago, we bought the prettycare vacuum for the second floor, so we did not have to haul the Dyson up and down the stairs. We wanted a less expensive vacuum than a Dyson for this purpose and liked what we read about prettycare. When we got it, the vacuum was very easy to assemble and use. The cleaning was very good and we were very happy with it. But about a month ago it had an electrical issue that we tried to resolve with prettycare customer service. We could not get it to fully charge, so prettycare replaced it with the new model. I could not believe how nice they were and stood behind their product this well. This new model has 2 speeds, includes a light in front and it cleans very well. This new model is 1/3 the price of a Dyson but is just as lightweight, easy to empty the bin, great suction and is easy to maneuver. It is sturdy, has the light to see under the bed and is a bit quieter than the Dyson. We love it and highly recommend this model to our friends. Why waste $450 on a Dyson?

This vacuum is great for the price! Lightweight with a regular setting and a more powerful setting with the click of a button. Easy to charge and store with a bracket for doing so provided. My kids can even grab it off the hook and start vacuuming after they make a mess. I highly recommend this product not to mention their customer service is great! I had a minor issue with a different model and they took care of it with ease.

I needed a new vacuum and I chose this one because it had good reviews. I have a cat and she leaves cat hair like everywhere. So I just vacuumed my living room and my kitchen and my rug with this vacuum and it literally picked up everything first try. Didn't have to keep going over it. Pretty lightweight and maneuverable. I don't usually buy big purchases like this on Amazon but I'm glad I did seems like it's going to be a good one.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is fantastic! It is lightweight and runs for at least 30 minutes before needing to recharge. It is easy to clean. You can maneuver it easily and it picks up everything. It is good for any kind of flooring. The led lights help you to spot any debris. The only bad thing is now I want to vacuum every day!

コードレスとして性能基準は満たしていると思います。まだ使ったばかりですが、音も静かで吸引力も十分。やや重め　パイプがテレスコピックでないので伸縮はしない、中間あたりで折れるようになっている。これはベッドの下など遠くまでとどくのは良いが長さが変わらないので、保管でフックにかけるとかなり高い位置になります。自立型ですが安定性はない絨毯の上だとかろうじてっていう感じで、立てたままはしないほうが良いです。附属品も必要十分。コスパはよいと思います。連結部分のプラスチックの爪は乱暴に扱うといつか折れるので注意ですね。

以前に同社の別製品(W200)を購入し、だいたい1年弱使用しました。完全にこっちのトラブルだったのですが充電残量表示やブラシヘッドが機能しなくなってしまい、サービスに連絡したところこちらの商品を勧めていただきました。現段階ではおそらく新型の商品なのだと思います。W200とのカタログスペックは大きくは変わらないのですが、吸引性は相変わらず高いこと、またブラシヘッドがコンパクトになったので使い心地はとてもいいです。重みがあるのはちょっとネックです。今回はW200の故障からはじまったのですが、そこから前回購入分の全額返金、W400との差額分をギフトカードで補填してくれるなど、かなり良心的に対応していただけたかなと思います。先月の段階だとろくろくレビューなんてついていなかったはずですが、それが1か月と少しでここまでたくさんの人に評価してもらえているということはそれだけ真摯に対応されたのだなと思えます。(本体の耐久性には問題があるのかもしれませんが...)今度は1年でまたお世話にならないように大切に使用していきたいと思います。セールなどで8000円にまで値段がさがるようですが、コストパフォーマンスはかなりいいです。サービスの対応も良心的なので、いろいろな人におすすめしたいです。

問い合わせからの対応が早く、こちらの要望に応えてくれました。新しい商品にも満足して使っています。

購入手続きをして 2〜3日で届きました。以前 使っていた W100よりも 若干 甲高い音がして うるさいかも❗️と思いましたが 慣れてきました。吸い込みがとても良くて 嬉しいです。以前使っていたものは 何度か不調になり その都度 ご連絡して 新しい部品を送ってもらったりしていました。今回も パワーヘッドのローラーが回らなくなってしまったのと ライトがつかなくなってしまったため ご連絡しました。毎回 素晴らしい対応をしていただけて 信頼しているメーカーさんですが 今回は 交換の対象になる パイプが 届くまでに2ヶ月かかってしまうとのことで この W400を 代替えとして 購入し W100の分の 返金をしていただけるとのご提案を 夏目さんの方から いただきました。W100自体は 気に入っていたのですが 新しい掃除機も使ってみたいと思い ご提案をお受けする事にしました。このメーカーさんは 5年保証をしてくれていたり アフターケアがしっかりしています。以前 他のメーカーさんの掃除機を 同じくAmazonさんを通して購入しましたが 買ってすぐに調子が悪くなり メールしてみても返事がなく メーカー保証が切れるギリギリにもメールした所 数日して連絡があって もう諦めて欲しいと言われました。そんなこともあったし 日本のメーカーさんでもなかったので 不安要素はあったものの 口コミ評価も良かったので W100を購入しました。本当に 購入して良かったです‼️今回の夏目さんの対応は とくに丁寧で親切だったので 安心出来ましたが 他の皆さんもそうです。信頼出来るメーカーさんだと思っています。また 調子が悪くなったら ご連絡させてもらいますし もし もう1台 掃除機を買う事になったら PRETTYCAREさんの掃除機を 購入すると思います。

以前こちらのW100を購入したのですが同じ吸引力なのにカーペットのゴミも１度に吸うし１番気に入った所は吸引力が強いのにマットが吸い付かない所です。低い所には使いやすいのですが普段は曲げなくて使うので少し長いかも?!W100はヘッドが外しにくくて踏んで外したのですが、これは大丈夫でした。
