I really like Dr Berg brand as the brand tends to work well with my stomach. I like that the ingredients are more natural without the synthetic ingredients. They are easy to swallow and worth the value. I take these vitamins in conjunction with other vitamins by Dr Berg.

Great for energy!
I absolutely love Dr.Berg! He is a fantastic source of information and his supplements are top quality ingredients. I feel so good now! I was so tired everyday by like 11am and I was having a hard time functioning. But after starting up taking this B complex I feel energized everday and can definitely feel the difference if I run out or forget to take it. Most supplements smell so don't do that lol. Easy to swallow the capsule, not big at all.

Effective and easy to swallow
When I started to use this vitamin before bed I sleep 7 hours without waking up in the middle of the night , it is really helped me to sleep, I am very happy using it. This Vitamin B1 is easy to swallow , easy on stomach and very effective.specially thanks to Doctor Berg.

Too soon to tell
This product is on the expensive side. I didn't see any other vitamins that had Allithiamine with B complex blend, though, so I bought them anyway.I appreciate that the formula is in vegetable capsules, rather than gelatin.The capsules do have a slightly unpleasant smell - however, I don't agree with the reviews that really emphasize this - it's a natural product that has only a mildly odd scent.I have not experienced stomach upset or any other unwanted symptoms.Overall, however, I've only been taking these for about a week, and supplements take time to have an effect.. so, I can't say for certain whether this product is worth the price - only that I have nothing negative to say about it, and I hope to experience positive benefits soon.

Removed pain
This vitimin helped my husband and I over night. It removed the fatigue out of my body and it help remove the pain from his feet hands and back. We take other supplements but these worked well for us. 🙌
