Its fast and reliable. Its better to us a non tape like hose with it as this can block and cause the pump to overheat.

Bought for two purposes. The second one was to empty my small hot tub which would mean dropping it in and letting it do its own thing. The first “emergency” use was to pump flood water from a side passageway. Here I hit a problem which the very poor instructions didn’t point out. If you stand the pump on the ground under the flood water it won’t work. The float switch has to be tied up so it’s above the pump. I assumed if the float switch floated on top of the water, the pump would work. It doesn’t. So some faffing around, tieing up the float switch is necessary.

Our garden floods at the back so this has been extremely valuable recently with the weather. Pumps the water from the back of the garden to the drain about 20meters away. Brought it to replace an old one that had broken down this looks a lot more robust than the previous model we had.

Arrived just in time to empty basement took exactly 15 mintues to do this is a really powerful pump works straight out of the box it comes with fitings so that was handy job was done everything saved so thanks guys for that great pump so fast .

Items body cracked on initial use and leaked a lot.Returned.

Used to empty basement washing machine sump up to sewer-level floor above, does the job perfectly so far, replacing larger pump that had corroded to destruction.
