I love this product so much! I live in Florida and the humidity is horrible for my hair, even when I straight it the next day is a mess! So I tried out this keratin (after a few others and also tried different treatments at hair salons), I left the product for 3 days as the instructions suggested and I think the key was to use the hair straighter and pass it through your hair in mornings and nights while still with the product. At the 4th day I washed it and was SUPER-SUUUPER shiny and straight! It's been almost 3 weeks after I did it, and still very straight and very shiny! Highly recommended!!

I’ve started to do the keratin treatment long time ago , and I didn’t like the products I’ve used so far, my hairdresser recommended this kit and since then I’m addicted, it’s natural and smells so good!I love the way my hair feels after using it, I don’t believe it was ever this soft and shiny!!

I have really curly hair and started using this product over the weekend and I notice it was much tamable and easy to comb after using this product. I tried soo many products in the past that didn’t work. But this product I will order it over and over again!!

This did not work like I expected it to. The fragrance was also too late I like something in that has a nicer fragrance

I paid $67 for these products and it was money well spent. As a former cosmetologist I've applied and washed out many professional salon only keratin treatments. Professional keratin treatments usually just give you a large bottle of the treatment and a small bottle of clarifying shampoo. Why they do this I never understood. You always run out of the clarifying shampoo. You get a lot of product. I would say you can get 3 full head treatments and a couple of touchups like your hairline only. My hair been through a lot in the last 3 months. My hair color was a level one black and was bleached to a 8 medium ash blonde. On top of that I need a keratin treatment. My hair was dry and coarse. My hair is fine but coarse and I have a lot of medium length hair. Plus I am going through menopause and I'm on hormone replacement so I have lost lots of hair. This brought on new very coarse new growth hair. This made my normally tangled hair even more tangled. This is the reason for getting the keratin treatments so I can control the tangles not because I wanted smooth hair. You follow the directions as seen in their YouTube video. My only suggestion is to dry your hair to 70% instead of 80%. If you have really dry hair like mine or else your hair will soak up too much of the keratin product. It does have a strong smell so have good ventilation or a fan. Smell wasn't bad after you dry your hair prior to the flat iron. I waited 48 hours to wash my hair using the mai hai shampoo and conditioner and my hair felt actually silky. Now, I've never had silky feeling hair in my life. It's always been a tangled mess until I straighten the hell out of it. This product live up to it's claims. My hair is in better condition after the treatment. My only complaint was the bottles came in a bubble mailer and the inside of caps were broken so I can't close the tops of the shampoo and conditioner. I was concerned that I would lose too much wave like I've had in the past with other treatments. I like my waves so, this didn't happen and I'm happy.
