Purchased during a retinal skesis episode - no way to tell if helping. I love the ingredients and it is only one capsule a day.

These capsules are blue, which tells me immediately they are full of blue dye, obviously. Blue dye goes along with All other dyes in our foods/ supplements. Long term use is known to cause health issues. There is absolutely No reason to have the capsules be blue other than to harm those taking them. This is an Extremely wrong thing to be using in your manufacturing process. I have No doubt you know exactly what you are doing.
