Very disappointed

Typical of Master Box sets, the figures are in very dynamic and dramatic poses. There are three US soldiers (the driver has comes with the option of an injured arm) and two Vietcong soldiers, one in a pose similar to Robert Capa's "The Falling Soldier".Figure detail is good, with good facial expressions. You have to provide a Jeep (I used an Academy M151A1) and positioning the gunner to match the box top (or in any position where he's not falling out of the vehicle) is tough.Overall, a great kit. I didn't build the VC figures.

Although I no longer build Vietnam dioramas as I switched strictly WW2 I would highly recommend this kit to anyone that builds 1/35th riverine forces and SEALs. This figure set represents a perfect pose for the DML LSSC kit of which I was a crewmember in it and the sister boat MSSC a larger boat that was assigned to all Boat Support Units and were assigned with SEAL Teams along side of us. The poses are perfect as ambushes occurred daily and with such impact reaction time was most often too late. As a member of this elite team, now termed special operations, which does not differ from what the Navy teams are currently doing I can attest to the overall accuracy of any riverine model.
