I got the shoes for my seven year old in size 2, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I really love the style and the colors and he did too. I highly recommend them.

These shoes run a tad small so I recommend ordering a size up. Other than that, these are typical Merrell build quality. Excellent craftmanship. The bottom rubber is soft and super grippy. I noticed this is the key difference that separates cheap shoes from good ones. Cheap ones are plasticky and very slippery.
