Needs space to use it!
I bought this foot sling hoping to have used it on the plane in May, but there just wasn’t enough room. I had my rucksack by my feet for convenience to reach things and sitting in the middle seat it wasn’t easy to get it out and use, I was also sat in economy so there didn’t seem to be much room to have your feet elevated. I would have used it if there had been more space.

Ability to lift your feet
My disability prevented me from using it properly, not your fault at all.

Not for budget airlines
This will be great on airlines that have more leg room than ryanair or easyjet etc. Not a chance on budget airlines. Its sturdy and flat for carry on baggage and a good price.

Easy to use and pack but not durable
Just got back from a flight from New York and it was the first time I used the sling. It was brilliant right up until the base board split in two. It broke five minutes in. Such a disappointment

Really helped!!
I was very surprised at how good this product was, I had a long flight booked in economy class and was worried I would get restless legs but pulled this out and was super happy at how much more comfortable it made the flight, easy to use, I just put it over the back of the table and it didn’t interfere with stowing the table away, definitely worth using and will come with me on all flights.

Simple & practical
My wife is short 5'2” and there have been instances where her feet have dangled uncomfortably above or just above the ground, and hence we decided will try this. This foot hammock was fantastic for finding solutions to all of the above. It is compact and comes in a travel pouch. It is easy to set up even with people sitting next to you and it is easy to adjust to as long or as short as you would like. We were recently on a plane for 9 hours and used these to keep her legs moving during the flight. With the hammock she had zero hip pain and was so comfy she was able to go right to sleep. It doesn't take up any extra room in the already cramped area you get on a plane. Secondly, it was very easy to adjust the hammock to fit her needs perfectly. Once installed you can swing your legs back and forth which was so helpful. You can cross and uncross the legs to get comfortable. You can adjust the height of the foot rest so that made it very comfortable. These got a solid bottom and hence your feet won’t sink to the middle causing discomfort. She never had a more comfortable plane ride than this. Now she doesn’t want to fly without this hammock! If you are interested in buying this type of product, I would highly recommend purchasing this one.

Brilliant!
This aeroplane foot rest is an excellent idea and one which I will be taking with me on a trip to New York in May, so I'll add to the review then.It is well-made and as a good size of 'foot rest' section with memory foam to make it comfortable. It hangs from the back of the seat in front of you and allows your legs to be lifted off the floor for comfort. I imagine that, if leg-room isn't brilliant, this might not work as well as seats with more room but I will let you all know how I get on.In the mean time, I've tried it out in the back of the car (a Nissan Qashqai) and it works well. It would also be good for use under a table (if there is a hook present to hang it on).All in all, I'm impressed, and at the current selling price of £14.99 (0r £21.99 for the two-pack), I think it's good value too!
