I have been using biotin tablets for three months now and my nails have greatly improved.They are stronger, grow quickly and don't break anywhere near as much.My hair hasn't seen much improvement but I definitely recommend and will carry on taking them.They are really small so easy to take and great value for money.

Got these easy to take tablets for my finger nails, but it will take time to see the results.

These are small round tablets that are easier to swallow than some of the larger supplement capsules I have been taking. You get about two months supply as need to take three a day - which is in the small print. I like the resealable pouch as doesn’t take up much room (and less plastic) however, they stink! There is an unusual aroma - I’m not sure if from the tablets or the pouch, but it is strong. They are tasteless so the odour hasn’t affected them thankfully. Early days yet but I hope they improve my menopausal thinning hair and brittle nails!
