Bring these along when you’re eating stuff you’re not used to.
I bring these with me when I go out to dinner. It avoids me having an upset stomach if I have something that my body is not used to. Like fried foods or something heavy.

Good for digestion.
This is perfect if you have digestive problems. We have tried many aids and this worked the best. They are easy to swallow and the better digestion adds increased energy.

Product contains lactose which it'seant to control
I took the pills as directed and ended up with stomach discomfort. I checked the ingredients and under " other ingredients" the package shows: lactose. Do not purchase if you are allergic or sensitive to lactose. In my opinion.

Just looked at the expiration date and they sold it to me in January 2025 with a February 2025 expiration date. Buyer BEWARE. Do not buy from ENERGYA
