The mat is really nice and it does soak the water after showering with no mess. I find it interesting that it is made from diatomaceous earth. The photo doesn't show the details as well as I would have liked but it is still very nice and I am happy that I bought it. To me, the picture looks like the lines are gold colored but they are not quite so. Even though they appear different, it is still a very nice mat and I would buy it again. The more I use this mat, the more i love it.

This is hardly a mat much less a rug. It is very small, thin and the quality is poor. Definitely not worth the money.

Although the mat is indeed highly absorbent, I've used it for the past month (30 days to the date) and it's already showing mold. Diatomaceous earth bath mats should be resistant to mold and mildew, so I question the authenticity of the product description. I put it in the washing machine today. The attached pictures show the mat immediately after being removed from the washing machine (in hot water and with Lysol® Laundry Sanitizer detergent). The size of the mat is also smaller than I expected. The dimensions are just wide enough to fit an "average-sized" woman's body while standing very still!

Do not waste your money. Mine was obviously returned (and for good reason). It has actual footprints on it and the material feels like a cheap yoga mat rather than something you’d put in your bathroom. Absolutely awful. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Thought I was getting black and it was more of a dark green. Nice other than that.

The rug is a little smaller than expected, and a little thinner than expected. Cute color though.
