Wow what a great book.I haven't red the whole book yet,but didn't want to wait until I finished it to write a review.This book talks about clearing energy strands and cutting cords whether good or bad that are constricting your life.The book I will admit does mention somethings that I already know about cord cutting and energy strands,but also read about something that I haven't red in any book that I have ever so far.What I really loved reading about especially is people can be effect by people's energy if they are alive or deceased.The book also defines Energy Strands different types of Energy Strands and more.So if you wanting to to let go of the energy of a person who gets your energy feeling drained or letting go of the energy of a person that can get you distracted and ungrounded in a good way,then this is the book for you.I have finally finished the book and wow loved what I red.A short book packed with so much information on cutting cords and great suggestions on keeping your energy clear as well areas such as your apartment or house.She didn't just suggestion various meditations you can do she also mentioned physical things you could use such as using scissors to cut cords.She talk a lot about the shamanic ways of doing things and things that have helped for her as well.The book goes in great depth about how music,altars,angels and guides as well as other things can not only help you,but at times other people is well.I like it so much I may get the physical book and audio as well.I am soo glad I red this book and I highly recommed it to anyone who likes Denise Linn and wants to know about cord cutting.

The author writes about the energy relationships we have with everything around us, and she offers simple and (I think) effective steps for ending energetic relationships that may not be in our best interest. I learned a lot. I even took notes in the margins. Highly recommend.

I'm about 1/4 of the way through the audio version. It's full of great info. She clarifies that you can only have an unhealthy energy attachment to someone if you resonate with them in some way. Which means, in my view, to keep lifting up ourselves as the basis for everything. And, she talks about the concept that creative ideas exist independently and are looking for a person to land in. I write music, and I've always noticed how the songs seem to come to me from somewhere, like there's a song bank somewhere in the universe. This is the first concrete explanation I've heard. This work adds a valuable dimension for people who are interested in the energetic foundation for things. I could go on and on about the fascinating concepts. And, for the audio, she gives a good delivery. Not boring.

Denise Linn is one of the most amazing gifted teachers that I have ever met; so, of course, I had to get her book. While I am reading it, I am having memories of growing up in my childhood home. First, I must say that when I was 2 years old my biological father disappeared never to be seen or heard from again. My mother remarried when I was 6 years old. I did not find out that my new father was not my real father until I was 12. It was a shock to me. From the time my family moved into that house when I was 6 years old until the time we moved when I was 18, I experienced dejavu feelings constantly and on a daily basis in all areas of the house. These dejavu feelings were especially intense in the bathroom doorway and in front of the mirror at the bathroom sink. I knew I was seeing the woman I was in a past life. I knew everything about her, and even how she died. It was my secret, and I never shared it with anyone until I was an adult. I knew I had done some not so nice things in that lifetime, and that I had used my beauty in that lifetime to hurt men. I used them for their money. The whole time I lived in that house, I was bullied and made fun of at school, and I withdrew into myself. The moment we moved, my life changed; and I began to grow and evolve. My mother had many many books on her bookshelf. One day, when I was probably in my very early teens, I started looking at them. They were all about reincarnation. I asked my mother whose books they were, and she told me that they had been my biological father's books. It did not occur to me until I began reading Denise's book (and I am now 67) that there was an energy cord there that connected us, and this is why I was so connected to that past life. I know now that my biological father and I were in that past life together. I will be at Celebrate Your Life in Chicago in June, and I am taking her all day workshop. I found this a good, quick and clearly articulated book for those of us interested in energy work and would recommend it. Although I've heard many of the concepts before, there were other ideas and methods I hadn't heard of before. A good addition to my library.

I read this entire book in maybe 3 sittings. I couldn't put it down! Fascinating subject; and all the information I hoped would be in the book was. Examples, rituals and many different methods for clearing energy strands, cords or ties that can bind and hold you back from living your best life. I know this is a book I will read multiple times and I will use this knowledge to finally cut the cords that are not serving the highest good, and learn to maintain and strengthen the ones that do. Wonderful book, highly recommend for anyone who feels "stuck" in life because of energetic attachments.

This is a must read for all those that are empaths or just sensitive to others energy over all. It will significantly help you cut the chords that are draining you. You learn all about the energy chords, how they affect your life and what to do about them (chord cutting) when it becomes too much for your energy to handle. I really like this book and its an easy read. Great to keep around to revert back to whenever needed. I use the techniques in here and they have been life changing for me.

Well written, clear, easy to read, straightforward explanations of cords and how they arise, how to detect them and how to remove those that don't serve a good function while leaving in place those that do. Protection techniques also clear and straightforward. Yes some small parts of this are in her other writings but she brings it all together here as a demonstration of the importance of self and space clearing and protection. And the benefits this awareness and clearing actions can have on your life. You can watch her space clearing videos on her webpage and Youtube but this gives greater depth and explanation. It is a profound book of a seriously real topic. Excellent work and guidance, thank you Denise!

I was a little uncertain about the book, there are so many on the topic that are absolute fluff, but within just reading the intro I knew this was the real deal! I’m hooked, and truly recommend this book even just to open your eyes and understand how we are connected to everything and allow yourself the opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you.
