Gerry Men's Crusade Systems Jacket

I've got an older version of Gerry's 3 system coat. After like 6 years of constant 3 seasons of wear, the zippers finally wore out on it, and I wore holes in most of the pockets. I was on here looking for Gerry ZIPPERS for christ's sake because Gerry make GREAT stuff. The coats are just WARM, are well made, and look cool. This coat is more of the same. Super warm. Great detailing. For those unaccustomed to Gerry's sizing, buy 1size down and you should be ok. I normally wear a 2x in coats like these. I got a 1x and it's perfect. I'm 5'10 like 170, muscley. Not so many people under a certain age have even heard of Gerry. I got this coat for $25 and IT WAS A STEAL.

Great warm jacket, fits almost perfectly. I've used it skiing and for just around town. It's pretty warm. I'd say with the insert it works down to 35 degrees, I added a warm vest underneath both layers and walked around in 9 degree weather the other day and was warm and comfy. The pockets on the top work great for cell phones and gloves. Hood was comfortable when used. Overall no complaints. Its an inexpensive, warm jacket that looks good around town and on the slopes.

My son picked this jacket 3 years ago to go camping, and when it came time to replace it, he asked if I could find the same one. The inside layer alone is warm enough by itself most of the time, which is how he wore it. He used both layers to go camping in the winter, or if it was bitter cold or storming. The outside layer is a good rain/storm jacket alone. I should probably get another one to put away, since I doubt it will be around in another 3 years, which is what it took to wear it out with him wearing it constantly. Excellent product, and great price. You don't want to know what I paid Sport's Authority first time around !

This item was exactly as described. I had read the reviews that stated that the inner jacket runs small, and this is true. It's one of the reasons it attracted me, because it was a gift for my teenage son and he typically wears 'slim' cut shirts and jackets. He loves to wear the inner jacket on its own because of its stylishness. The outer shell jacket is slightly heavier weight than I imagined and repels water extremely well. Together, this coat is cozy and warm and suits the purpose of walking across campus to classes for fall, winter, and spring. Great purchase!

Fits as expected. Bought this for my Dad’s birthday, I was sent a used jacket. All zippers opened, with liner detached from jacket, cat fur all over it, and the merchandise tag was missing!! Now he has to wait a week for a new one! No quality control at all.

Ok so here is the scoop on this jacket. I got it today and wore it while it was 10 degrees with a 15mph wind and snow coming down at a good pace. The jacket blocks the wind very well, kept me warm and dry and was light weight and comfortable. The only thing that knocked it down 1 star was the liner. I bought the jacket in a large and the outer shell fits great, actually has some extra room, but not too much. However, just as other reviews stated, the liner fits more like a big medium or a small large, it's tight. If I go up 1 size the liner will fit better but the shell will be too big on me. I'm keeping the jacket because I do really like it and I guess if the liner doesn't fit by the end of winter that means I gained weight. Overall this is a really nice warm coat with 1 small issue that they could fix easily.

Great Quality Jacket. Rival's that of other top name brands, but for the price, it can't be beat. Dick's Sporting Goods sells the exact same thing for $149! The only poor design is the powder skirt which cant really be snapped closed due to the inner liner being an obstruction. I would definitely buy again, but there's none available!

This jacket is worth the money as far as I can tell and I am tight with my cash.The 2 in one design is impeccable and easy to take abart the under coat is all you really need. I am in the usual 32 degree winter weather and it keeps me toasty. The outer, water proof coat is nice too.

La adquirí a un precio inmejorable (menos de $400). Dos chamarras en una, la interna tiene tres broches en el cuello y mangas que ajustan con la chamarra exterior, pudiendo llevarse cada una por separado o ambas en días de temperatura muy baja. La calidad es excelente en costuras y materiales. Normalmente uso talla XL, y en este caso la pedí igual. La chamarra interna me queda ligeramente justa, y la externa me queda bien.
