Effective to stop unwanted behavior.
This product is phenomenal. One of my three cats insisted on peeing on my bed. I got a new mattress and I had a new custom quilt made and wanted to stop that behavior. I purchased this system and it is as I said...phenomenal. It works great! Other than keeping cats off the bed I'm sure it's useful for a million other things. Definitely yes to system and company supported refills. I couldn't get any other brand to even attach.

Really works!
Pricy but honestly gets the job done. It’s been the only thing that teaches my cat to stay away from an area of the rug she tries to pee on.

Effective and Easy to Use Pet Deterrent
I've been happy with how easy this product is to use. Setup was a breeze and it started working immediately. If there was one thing I would improve, it would be to make the spray a bit stronger. It's effective as is, but a stronger spray might be even more deterring. Overall, this is an amazing product and I have no regrets!

Ineffective On My Pet
The product itself sprays/works fine but it was not effective on my cats. I have a Bengal cat and a Siamese mix (in video). They were curious but not afraid.

you can use with an empty can!
Love this device. Keeps my cats off my vanity. I actually stopped buying the refills as often because my cats are afraid of the sound, just like they are the air. So now I leave an empty can in there and just replace the batteries and it still makes the sound! Amazon batteries last me a couple weeks inside there. Great tool

Defective
Can that came with unit worked great. Ordered 2 different replacements..both defective. Unit just shows red. Useless.

Broken product
Opened the box to find the spray can with no cap on it and the spray nozzle had popped off. Attempted to put it back on, but now it no longer lines up correctly. When I tried to put it into the Automatic Sprayer, it didn't fit right. It kept spraying when I would try to put the top on the sprayer, and was unable to get it locked on. Unacceptable, now it's completely useless. Truly disappointed.

A repeat order for our household!
I have been using this product for over a year now and love it. It is a safe way to deter my cats from area they should be access (eg., kitchen sink!). The motion sensor on the main device can be picky at times depending on the lighting but otherwise it works great. And the spray itself is safe for them! I recommend.
