We recently purchased this wall clock and could not be happier with it. The first thing we noticed when taking it out of the box was the weight. It is very heavy and feels exceptionally sturdy, which immediately made it clear that this is not a cheap decorative piece. The construction feels solid and well made. The moving gears are a great feature. They rotate smoothly and continuously, which gives the clock a subtle mechanical feel without being distracting. It adds a lot of character and makes the clock interesting to look at. Most importantly, the clock is simply beautiful on the wall. The design is elegant and the moving gears give it a unique look that stands out without overwhelming the room. Overall, this clock exceeded our expectations in both quality and appearance. We love it and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a statement wall clock that feels substantial and well built.

I recently redid my living room and one thing about me - I like classic, classy, traditional with a modern twist - but I don't want my house to look like everyone else's. Finding a large clock that wasn't your typical boring wall clock was a challenge. Then I found this guy...this clock is absolutely gorgeous. It's large, easy to read, and keeps an accurate time. This was a little on the more expensive end when I purchased it (about 6 months ago) - I think I paid around $200, but it was worth every penny. The number of compliments people give me on the clock and they are always so surprised to see the gears moving. The gears are powered separately from the time. There are 2cbatteries compartments on the back - one is for the gears and the other is for the clock. I've had to replace the batteries for the gears once since getting the clock (and to be fair I don't think I used new batteries the first time.) This clock is the perfect blend of style, artwork, and we'll being a clock. Functionality is great - the only thing I could say was a "con" is that it is a bit big/heavy so you need to be careful when putting on or taking it off the wall.

This clock is attractive and keeps great time. It is not quiet. But not so loud that you can't get used to it.

We've had this hanging in our lobby for just over a week. I bought it after a recent office remodel to update our look and feel. Everyone has commented on it's unique style, substantial presence and quality. It comes with two sets of hands.; the one you see in my posted picture and a bigger, more elaborate set. When I get time, I'll change them out to the bigger version. I will also paint the bigger hands our company red color to make them more visible at a distance. I'll post an update on how easy or not easy it was to change the hands and what it looks like with colored hands. My only compliant is the clock doesn't sit flush on the wall. At first, we thought is was how the hanger attached to the clock but after several adjustments we realized the clock frame is slightly warped. As you can see in my pictures, each side fits the wall differently. We did check that wall for variances and surprisingly there were none. If we find an easy solution, I'll post that with the review on changing the hands. Overall, we are pretty tickled with the clock and would recommend for office or home. The brushed nickel finish is classy and elegant and fits well with the steampunk style. It's a robust unit, reasonably heavy but not overly cumbersome to handle while hanging. You could expect to pay far more than the $140 I bought it at if you went to Wayfair or Overstock or a home decor store.

I bought this to replace a Clock that has never worked right. This one is beautiful and the perfect size.

It ran fast. Otherwise it's a beautiful clock that's why I replaced it with another one. When I did try to ship it back to you they said I would have to pay for the box I threw it away. Since the clock was defective I shouldn't have to pay for the packing. I ended up putting the clock in the packing from the replacement clock. I'm praying that the new one works Clock

This clock exceeded our expectations. Hefty weight, clear glass lens, optional hour/minute hands, silent operation, and the color matches our kitchen hardware perfectly! All gears turn continuously at same rate and are powered by two AA batteries, clock runs on one AA (batteries not included). Batteries fit very snug and you may have to slide them a bit to assure they touch the positive contact in the battery compartments. Attached photo shows optional hands installed and no issues with visibility.
