The pillow is a good size, not as large and somewhat firmer than other pillows. The rest of the order was disappointing. The description refers to two pillow covers. Only one was included and the zipper on that one fell apart before I could zip the cover.

I’m a side sleeper and this is the first pillow that I’ve had that did not cause pain in my neck after sleeping. I definitely recommend.

It was comfortable to use while on the road, but the pillow case zipper broke IMMEDIATELY. Also very difficult to get into synch sac.

I liked the pillow size, it would be nice to travel with but the pillow is hard as a rock. It literally hurts my ears and is very uncomfortable. I’ve used it so I guess I can’t return it at this point. I will not use this pillow.

I got this pillow to replace a contoured memory foam pillow that I'd gotten from my mom. I had lost mine, so I got this one. It's a good shape, just like the one I had before, but it's not as supportive. I have to put another pillow under it to get the same support I had with my last pillow. Still, I like the shape, as it supports my neck fairly well. I will probably shop around for one that's more firm, which is my preference, but this one is fine for now.

This neck pillow has proven to be essential in my household, I not only use it in my bed, but anywhere that I am just laying down. I have other full body ergonomic pillows that work well but are big and bulky. Because this one doesn't take up too much space, it is used more. Don't misunderstand me...... It is not a small pillow. It's about the size of a standard (not queen) bed pillow. The different sizes on each end allowed me to be able to choose which end worked best for my neck issues. Both ends work depending on where I am laying. The larger end for my sofa and the smaller end for my bed. Two for one. I love that option.
