A turquoise tutu top with 5 x layers of light blue, turquoise and light pink tulle, with blue unicorns and rainbow stars heat pressed onto the quality tulle. The unicorns and stars are made from special vinyls pressed onto the quality soft tulle in separate layers for 3D effect. There are 12 x unicorns and 12 x groups of stars on each tutu.
