Wagamama Ways with Noodles Hardcover – January 1, 2014

Okay, I haven't actually made anything from this book yet, but I have read it and the recipes sound wonderful -- relatively short, easy preparation, many familiar ingredients. I don't really know what the Wagamama phenomenon is, either -- I had to look it up, because the chain does not have any restaurants in this area!!The recipes in this book seem primarily comfort type Asian-ish fusion food with noodles, and what's not to love about that????? There are vegetarian recipes also, although it's not a vegetarian cookbook, and you could easily adapt many of the non-vegetarian recipes. Overall, a good and interesting book, and it makes you wonder what the actual Wagamama is like!!

Great book with lots of reasonably easy recipes. I'm very happy with this book and plan to make 2 of the recipes this weekend.

a fun cook book. recipes for two generous servings. had a fun evening with a bunch of friends cooking three or four recipes and sharing the results. Wagamama means self centered in Japanese. one of my Japanese friends was amused. The recipes are not purely Japanese but rather are fusion asian.

What a cracking book. If I had to survive for the rest of my life just on these recipes I'd be a happy man. Besides noodle stir fry dishes the soups are gorgeous. Everything is good

Bought for my son as I have a copy myself. It's a very good easy to follow recipe book. Recipes are delicious!

This is a good book. I bought it as a present for my son.It did take a bit of effort and cost me a little bit to buy some of the more 'exotic' ingredients (you don't see Mirrim or unpreserved black beans in the local Morrison's where I live) but some great food has been produced.I like the fact that it does give alternatives gfor stuff that might be difficult to get hold of.
