This is a GREAT Multivitamin , I'm 45 year old woman ,I buy it for myself at first and I was be able to feel great & with energy after the 3 DAY & later on I buy it for my Dad he is 75 And HE LOVE IT TOO & asked me to please keep it buying it for him too And I'm still taken it & im buying it too for my daughter she is in college . My ONLY problem is that Amazon price is too much , I was buying it at an organic store in my home town for $20.
