These bands are perfect the different resistance levels are helpful to build up intensity. They are long enough for someone 5โ10โ and easy to use at home when you canโt go to gym. These literally last forever with no worries of them breaking. These have helped me so much with my at home workouts.

Bought these for my daughter who has been suffering with POTS for 2 years now. It has caused her to do a lot of laying around and these bands have been helpful in making her stronger.
