Junk don't buy. I have a 12v 540ah 7000watt bank, and it wouldn't even run a 750watt heater. Update: after this rating and a return request The seller promptly contacted me to try and make it right. We came to the conclusion that the first inverter must have been damaged during shipping. After Return shipping i was received a full refund on the inverter and to make it up to me the seller even sent me a new inverter to try. At no cost. The replacement powers up almost everything i need it to, but when using it on higher wattage devices (i.e. coffee maker, heater etc) it will only power the device i

As everybody else said, nice looking unit but it doesn't handle the wattage it's supposed to. I have a 3,000 w unit and it won't even handle 500 w disappointed. Hopefully they will send me a new one or reimburse me. Customer service has been fairly good with communication. Anyway,, wish me luck

This inverter works great. It warns you when the power is low and shuts off the AC that it is connected to before the batteries drain. I had issues setting it up, and their service department was very helpful. I recommend it.

Because this inverter claims to have a pure sine wave AC output, it should cause no harm to the appliances that I tested it with. Appliances that have AC electric motors benefit from this type of inverter output and can be damaged by a stepped wave output. This inverter ran a pedestal fan and a jig saw at the same time without problems. However, the digital readout showed only 47 watts of power draw with both running, and I doubt that was an accurate reading. Also, on a cold morning (just below freezing) recently, the output voltage and watts remained at zero under load for a few minutes until they seemingly "unfroze" and showed accurate readings. The user guide is woefully inadequate and has blatantly false instructions for usage, including plugging the input into the vehicle's cigarette lighter which is not a proper connection for this size inverter. There are no mentions of the 50/60 cycle switch on the main panel, or the 3-terminal connector that is another AC output. It seems like more information should be included. Also, the remote (real unwired remote) uses a 23A type battery which is not a household standard. After all these complaints, I'm rating this product highly because it seems to work very nicely and that means more than any of my complaints about it.
