I recently got my hands on this dual-screen portable monitor stand, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer for my workflow. Device requires drivers to be installed as admin, and then I end up eventually see display artifacts and issues even on my main laptop display. Device has a lot of promise, but is an end-to-end poor and unreliable experience. Have missed the return window and now i'm pooched.

Just got my hands on this portable dual-screen monitor and it's a game-changer! The colors are so vibrant and crisp, it's like a feast for my eyes. the screen size is Perfect! I can spread out my work and see everything at a glance. Since I've started using this, my productivity has gone through the roof. It's so much easier to multitask and keep track of everything. Honestly, it feels like it's not just a monitor, but a boost to my workflow.

Positives: pretty good screen quality, and excellent build for traveling. The case is strong that I do not need a monitor bag. Issues: I had to return another dual screen portable monitor because it did not work with Mac, but worked with Win without drivers. While this monitor works with both Win and Mac, it does not work well. A USB drive shows up asking to install drivers, and even after installation, you constantly had to close the popup window, both in Win and Mac, that USB drive is connected and disconnected. While the dual screen works, the software/driver is poorly written. I had to re-arrange monitor position after either reboot or sleep, both in Win and Mac.

Great portable monitor for travel. Works well and doesn't take up a lot of room. It's weighs about the same as my laptop so not a huge uplift in additional weight. Recently I have had issues that looks like others have had with the top screen not activating once I plug my work laptop in ( I didn't have this issue with my personal laptop). I rebooted it and it came back up but I don't want to have to reboot my laptop every day to get it to work. If I had of written this before that happened, I would have given it 5 stars. But otherwise this is a good solution for someone who travels and needs more than their laptop screen or doesn't sit at a traditional desk

The installation driver is included, under your drives you will see a place to get the drivers once you have them plugged in. For some people if their computer is managed by someone else, they may need to have admin rights to install drivers. This will activate the second screen of the two supplied.

LOVE having two additional monitors to work with! LOVE that this is easily transportable! LOVE that it's easy to connect to my laptop. HATE, HATE, HATE that every time that I use it - I will be working on multiple items at a time and "POOOFFF!!!" black screens - everything GONE! Yup, computer is wiped out and reboots. It's happened during Zoom meetings, happened with important spreadsheets open - one that was unrecoverable - their add on Amazon clearly states 24/7 support (lie), they don't. I just called on a Friday night - and they said that their hours are Monday thru Friday (China hours). Went to the website, chat it closed and the contact us message reads "Hello, dear If you have any user questions, please feel free to contact us. We will get back to you within 24 hours." So, alas, they do NOT offer 24/7 support. I will be returning my dual monitor and finding a reputable manufacturer that doesn't lie about their service and their product doesn't wipe out my workspace multiple times a day. This would be an amazing product - if it worked! UPDATE: Their support team HAS been in contact with me and is in the process of resolving the situation. So far, I am satisfied with their response and solution to the problem. I may have just been unlucky and received a bad monitor - other reviews are very positive and I have not seen other reviews that have experienced this problem. The many favorable reviews are why I purchased this brand/model. And I will say that I am STILL very impressed by the quality of this monitor, seems very well built. I'll update this review when the new replacement monitor is received and I have had ample time to use it and ensure that I don't experience the same issue.

Edit: innoview staff contacted me and we're very gracious and kind to solve my issue. I now have a working monitor and am loving it again! Old review: Loved this monitor when i got it, I knew that colour recreation wasn't going to be the best but I need it more for productivity so I didn't mind paying the extra bit to have a 3 screen (laptop monitor included) solution. I bought this monitor as a solution for myself to help with editing on the go but just this past month I tried using it while traveling and nothing I do will make the top monitor connect again. I tried, reinstalling the software after uninstalling, new cables (TB4) and powering the monitor separately while connected to the computer. all typical solutions won't allow it to connect. "TL:DR" Overall if you want a long-term solution for a dual-screen monitor, this isn't it!

I'll preface this by saying when the monitor does work, it's actually very good and convenient. But this is such a breaking issue that all previously positive comment I had has become moot. I connected this to my mac and followed all directions and things were working great for a week or so. However all of a sudden the next time I power my mac on, I see this notification pop up in the top right corner of my screen and it keeps popping up and taking primary away from everything. I can't type anymore because of this pop up notification and I'm unable to do any work. I unplugged from my machine, uninstall drivers, and re-install updated ones and things were working fine, but after another week I get this again. I have messaged customer service but they have not messaged me back. I'm already past the return policy time period so I'm now stuck with it. Overall this has not been a great experience

Love the monitor. Super clear, colours are bright. Easy installation and connections. Super convenient to carry and use it anywhere.

I'll keep this one short; Pros: I liked the build/quality/look of the dual screen. It is very well built, it is light and makes use of vertical space which is very good for someone travelling. If I had only the 1 windows laptop to use this I'd be a very happy customer. Cons: There is only 1 input... The top screen is managed internally and REQUIRES drivers to work. Meaning that anything else other than a Windows laptop you connect to this will only show on the lower screen. This could've been easily fixed with a quick firmware update/2nd input to at least duplicate or extend the display / allow a 2nd device to use the 2nd screen. For that reason I returned mine and bought 2x of the single screens as they are the exact same monitors but with each a dedicated input. I will be 3D printing a bracket to stack them the way this one was as it is a brilliant idea by Innoview. Lots of potential left on the table with this one fellas.

The idea is great. - You can carry it everywhere. Imagine having 3 screens in your bed, in a coffee shop, in the backyard, in your car... All that is possible. - You need to install deivers like in the old times. My IT Department gave me the ok to install right away. - You absolutelly need usb-c - Resolution is good for work and videos. Probably not the best for gamming. - Only one cable needed. (2 in case you don't want to overheat your laptop) Instead of 4 cables when you use the conventional screens. Overall, I am really happy and I recomend this produt.
