My opinion
This doesn't work, upto now I have taken several of these capsules, nothing has happened, I followed the instructions and have put on weight not lost it. The video says that on the first dose, someone lost 3 lbs overnight, apparently this is not so.

This is meant to be taken with fresh brewed ground coffee
The directions on bottle are incorrect, freshly ground morning coffee is the important ingredient to take with these supplements as soon as you wake up in the morning. The coffee is what triggers the metabolism these supplements are designed to boost it further. Can even take them with a full fat latte from your chosen barista if you like. But it has to be fresh ground coffee beans.No wonder many are reporting no results if bottle just states take with water once a day.
