Works but depends on type of paper and ink you're trying to cover
Purchased this for my dad and it mostly works well. Works well on normal mail with non-shiny paper, although you do have to go over the print to be covered a few times. It doesn't cover well on slightly shiny paper such as that used to print prescription labels for medication. We still have to scribble on these medication labels with a pen to cover his name. I think that possibly the ink or printing method plays a part also, as sometimes I think it will cover on non-glossy paper but it doesn't.

Confidential
Great little gadget for blanking out confidential information. Saves having to shred papers. Easy to use and comes with spare ink. Great for packaging that's not easy to shred. Would recommend.

Much better than shredding
Obliterates any confidential stuff completely, no need to shred anymore

Coverage not that good
The ink is quite fiddly to get into the roller as you have to pour it in the side from a little pippet. Doesn't last very long and coverage is not very good. Some paper you can rub off the ink

Great way to depersonalise letters or parcels.
Don't have to tear up any envelopes just use this and then throw away.
