I recently upgraded to this electric lawnmower, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. We had really tall grass, and every year it was getting really pricey to have someone come out and cut it through the summer months and every year we would say we’re going to get a lawn mower so this year we finally did it and it worked like a Dream! It cut Down our super tall grass like butter! It more than paid for itself already andI just got it a few months ago! It’s easy to maneuver, it’s lightweight and it’s quick and easy to assemble! If I had to say anything negative about the Lawn Master Lawn Mower it would be that the battery needed recharging twice the first time we used it but that was because the height of the grass was thick and well past our knees! and when we used it again about 23 weeks later, it took no time to get the job done and it still word great! BEST BUY EVER!

I have to say I like this lawn mower it did the job fantastically on my yard, I noticed that some of the issues people had in the past were most likely older models of this newer model this one has a better starting bar and if you do hit thick grass the engine revs spinning the blades faster the lawn mower is very easy to use and very lightweight which I appreciate being that right now I have a severe clavicle fracture. It's also very safe to use as long as you follow the instructions the thing will work perfectly.

I received my LawnMaster in a timely manner, but was unable to assemble due to missing/dysfunctional part. Amazon sent me a replacement right away, so I was happy about that solution. Not happy that I had to pack up and ship back the defective unit. The mower worked well for about two months. Now, one of the batteries will not charge. I called the warranty number and it may take 20-25 business days for the battery to be in stock, then another 20-25 business days for the item to ship to me. I was appalled by these wait times. I do not have a back up mower or the money to purchase a second mower. Summer will be over before the part arrivee! I inquired about them sending me a new unit and the wait time may be similar. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the customer support rep, she was great, but I am very unhappy they do not have a key part in stock. Don't waste your time or money on this battery-operated mower. The most important component, the battery fails, and they do not even have replacements in stock. I am very displeased and will purchase from well-known companies in the future, who I know can replace defective products.

Great product - cuts grass great. Bag is small but good. Narrow, easy to turn corners. Would buy again

This little thing works great! It mowed some heavy overgrown weeds and did great! Batt is very good . Last a good while.

This item is terrible. It can't handle 1 inch of grass. It constantly cuts off. Gets clogged. Makes a loud horrendous noise. I returned the 1st one thinking it was defective but no that's the way it's manufactured. The good quality of it, it was easy to put together and light weight

I was skeptical at first but after second use i was liking the mower. But on third use the charger would not light up to say it was receiving power. Checked several outlets no luck. So frustrating to have to start over again. I am going to get same mower since a replacement of the pc is not possible. If any other trouble i will not hesitate to try different brand. So glad i waited to throw away boxes.
