I returned the product on same time because of low quality

Dial malfunctioning, dial was not running.Watch arrived with many scratches. For a reputed company like yours this is a shame. And, there was no user manual which was not an issue but for their reputation it is not expected. Very disappointing experience. I am going to return it.
