This pillow is amazing! The smell of lavender every time I lay down on it is so calming and the pillow itself feels incredible. I am finally getting a good night of sleep again. I used to have neck and shoulder pain every morning when I woke up, due to the pillow I was sleeping on and now with this pillow I wake up with no pain at all. This pillow is the perfect balance of soft but firm and the lavender smell is so soothing. I highly recommend it.

I had high hopes for these pillows. They are flat with no support whatsoever. They also arrived used I think. The tags were in the bags but had been cut off and the lavendar spray was half empty in one of the bags. Returned.

I bought this to replace the same one I got 5 years ago, worth every penny the first time... only to find out this was nothing like the original... was way to soft with no neck support. If soft is you're thing then it may be good for you.

I was very excited about this pillow, not only for the comfort, but especially for being scented.Pros: very comfortable. Other reviews were right, it felt like sleeping in a cloud. For my sleeping style it is still a but high (I need a low-loft) but that is not the pillow’s fault.Cons: the delicious lavender scent lasted roughly 3 days. I was very, very disappointed as this was the main reason I got this pillow. I tried with a replacement and it was the same. Ended up returning.

I recall reading reviews that said the loft of this pillow was about 4 inches and not quite as pillowy as the picture makes it seem. That is very much true! I was very disappointed to see how flat this pillow actually is. As a side sleeper, it does not provide the support that I like for my neck. However, I also don't have any issues sleeping on my back so this pillow is supportive of that. It's just disappointing to pay so much for a pillow that does not do or look like what you expected.

This and any of their active dough pillows are where the rare and prized “good nights rest” can be found says my friend who I got this for as a birthday gift. Buy any of the active dough pillows with confidence she said. FWIW, The loft is perfect, unlike their regular non active dough medium loft pillows, which from my experience, were always too tall. These are perfect loft from the short time frame I tried it, and the ones with a scent seem to be the highest quality versions. Seems like extra care was put into the three scented versions.

This pillow has changed my sleeping experience! It took one night to get used to it, but has been a perfect fit since. Very comfortable! The scent of lavender is just the right balance without being overpowering to create a relaxing and calming sleep experience. I was also impressed that the product arrived a day earlier than expected! Very quick shipping! Last, they included a small bottle of lavender oil for when the scent wears off which I think is a nice touch.

Love my pillow. The lavender scent is wonderfully soothing. I will be purchasing more pillows very soon.

Looks like a used pillow. Tears on pillow case, hair, looks like old pillow case and pillow. Return for refund.

Not sure why but I sleep way better on this pillow. I would probably order the firm if I ordered another one.
