Straight out of the box this is a quality piece of kit, with a good solid weighty feel! As soon as the box is opened there’s a nice extra surprise too - 2 year warranty (with registration) that I had been unaware of! 👍I had initially thought that the cooling, through a thick case (QuadLock), might not have much effect on the temperature of the phone - it does (in my opinion)!The fan is lovely and quite. Yes, you can hear it when in a location with no ambient noise, but it is definitely not intrusive - even at night, on the headboard of my bed. Neither is the subtle blue backlight (as in, behind the phone) intrusive. Yes I can see the hue of the light on the nearby bedroom wall, but only with my eyes open! Personally, I sleep with my eyes closed! 🤦‍♂️😂Support: I had a question or two about it - both before and after purchase - and ESR were quick to respond. Now I just need to figure out a way of fitting their car charger to my dashboard!

Brought this for my son to charge his phone and ear buds he has only had this a few months and the fan has stopped working. He is still able to charge his phone but i would of expected this to last a bit longer.

Good quality and speedy delivery with 24 month warranty

First one stopped working after a couple of months and a replacement was sent out but now that one has stopped charging. Really really bad

Sadly returned as it hummed all the time which was disracting
